Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surabaya for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing interior spaces based on client specifications. The role includes creating construction drawings, selecting and specifying FF&E materials, coordinating with architects and construction teams, and ensuring all designs meet required safety and functionality standards.

The position will involve both client meetings and on-site visits to monitor project progression.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior DesignExperience with Architecture and Creation of Construction DrawingsKnowledge of FF&E selection and specificationExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work on-site in Surabaya, having a keen attention to detailBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldProfessional experience in property development or related industry is a plus
