Job Descroption

The Interior On-site Project Manager at Voxela is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing interior projects from planning through completion. This role manages day-to-day site activities, coordinates with architects, designers, site supervisors, vendors, contractors, and clients, and ensures that work is executed according to approved design specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling site activities, assigning tasks to site supervisors and execution teams based on project deadlines, monitoring daily progress, tracking materials and deliveries, resolving on-site issues, conducting regular quality inspections, and reporting project status, milestones, and risks to leadership. The Project Manager is expected to visit project sites regularly to review execution quality, monitor progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and proactively resolve coordination or technical challenges.

The role also involves coordinating with procurement teams and vendors to ensure timely material availability, managing site logistics, verifying execution against approved drawings, and ensuring seamless coordination between civil, MEP, and interior works. The Interior On-site Project Manager will ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets Voxela's standards for functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Project Management certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing on-site execution of residential, villa, or commercial interior projects.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate with site supervisors, assign daily and weekly tasks based on project schedules, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Willingness and ability to visit project sites regularly to monitor execution quality, review progress, and provide technical guidance to execution teams.
• Experience in expediting material orders, vendor coordination, procurement follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Strong inspection and quality control capabilities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.
• Knowledge of site logistics, contractor coordination, and material management across multiple project sites.
• Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with flexibility to manage project deadlines and multiple active sites.
