Intermediate M&E Coordinator | Main Contractor

Location: Portlaoise / Clonmel
Salary: €45,000-€55,000 + package, depending on experience

The Role

An opportunity for an Intermediate M&E Coordinator to join a leading main contractor working on a range of high-quality construction projects.

You will support the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services, working closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, subcontractors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E design, drawings and technical information.
• Liaise with M&E subcontractors and design teams.
• Assist with resolving technical and coordination issues.
• Monitor M&E works against programme, quality and safety requirements.
• Attend coordination and site meetings.
• Review drawings and ensure services are properly coordinated.
• Assist with commissioning, snagging and project handover.

Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience in M&E coordination or a related building services role.
• Relevant engineering, building services or construction qualification.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with a main contractor or M&E subcontractor preferred.
• Willingness to work across projects in Portlaoise and Clonmel.
