Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager with 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS and a proven track record of managing US-based enterprise customers.
In this role, you will own the customer lifecycle - from onboarding and adoption to renewals, account growth, and executive stakeholder management. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure customers realize measurable value from ContraVault AI while identifying opportunities for expansion.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable working with customers across US time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in the US market.
- Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), success planning, and value realization discussions.
- Own customer renewals and drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Track customer health, usage metrics, and success KPIs using CRM and Customer Success platforms.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience managing enterprise customers in the US market.
- Strong experience owning customer renewals, retention, and account expansion.
- Comfortable working with overlapping US business hours when required.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, Enterprise Software, or workflow automation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to procurement, construction, infrastructure, EPC, or enterprise workflow solutions is an added advantage.
