Internal Audit Supervisor

About the CompanyPresident University Foundation is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Internal Audit Supervisor to oversee and strengthen our internal audit function across all units. About the RolePlan, execute, and supervise internal audit activities across units under President University Foundation. Responsibilities :Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.Ensure compliance with internal policies, applicable regulations, and education standards.Identify risks and provide recommendations for process improvements.Prepare audit reports and present findings to management and relevant stakeholders.Monitor and follow up on audit findings and corrective action plans.Lead and develop internal audit staff.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen operational efficiency.

Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Supervisor/Senior in internal/external audit, preferably in education, non-profit, or service industry.Strong understanding of auditing standards, risk management, and internal control frameworks.High integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Good communication and report-writing skills.Professional certification (e.g., CIA) is an advantage.
