International Business Faculty (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor)

Job Summary

The IB Faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in the International Business (IB) domain, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to curriculum development. The role requires expertise in global business practices, international trade, cross-cultural management, and international marketing to prepare students for global careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in International Business, Global Marketing, International Trade, Export-Import Management, Cross-Cultural Management, International Finance, and Global Supply Chain Management.
\n
• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, and experiential learning sessions.
\n
• Mentor students in academic projects, internships, research, and career development.
\n
• Contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, and accreditation activities.
\n
• Conduct research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
\n
• Participate in departmental, institutional, and student engagement activities.
\n
• Build industry collaborations to enhance practical learning and global exposure.
\n

Eligibility Criteria:

Assistant Professor

\n
• Master's Degree and Ph.D. in International Business (Mandatory).
\n
• Strong teaching aptitude and research potential.
\n
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
\n

Associate Professor

\n
• Ph.D. in International Business.
\n
• Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience in a recognized university/institution.
\n
• Minimum 7 research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
\n
• Candidates should have experience in supervising PhD scholars, with at least one research scholar registered under their guidance.
\n
• Proven experience in research supervision, academic leadership, and institutional administrative responsibilities will be preferred.
\n

Note: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an export or import business dealing with products or services.
