POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the Inventory Program for both Plant 1 and Plant 2 to ensure accuracy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all cycle counters are following procedures and protocols:
Direct/create/analyze the ABC counts in SAP for all cycle counters
Ensure all counts are correct in SAP
Monitors INCI daily and determine root causes for any adjustments
Performs physical inventories and monitors them daily
Document movement within SAP as appropriate in a timely manner
Monitor Production Declaration and captor and ensure labels are canceled as needed by appropriate parties
Maintain issues log of all inventory issues related to every department
Assist production with label issues
Analyze movement of parts and location per user
Incoming goods validation
Assist with receiving errors
Assist with adjustments with manager approval
Assist with annual physical inventory
Maintain a level of excellence with production closures
Assist in GSS and/or prod closures when needed
Ensure the daily entry of all scrap tickets are entered into SAP for proper scrapping by Gescrap
Check inventories for OBS parts that aren’t being processed properly in timely manner
Ensure daily scrap is not accumulating from production or quality
Responsible for any specialist projects set up by the manager or supervisor.
Must be a team player helping to accentuate a positive & productive environment within the department and with all other departments.
Perform other duties as assigned or needed
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
2+ years in manufacturing environments
2+ years supporting SAP (MM, SD)
SAP/ MRP manufacturing experience
Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, and captor
Experience in automotive either tier 1 or tier 2
Forklift certified
