The Role: IT Delivery Manager

Lisbon

Work Model

hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility

Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)

• 5+ years IT delivery/project management experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands‑on experience with JIRA, MS Project (or equivalent tools)
• ITIL framework knowledge; experience in complex IT project delivery
• Proven experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross‑functional teams

Nice to have

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (CSM, PSM)
• Experience in enterprise‑scale or cloud‑based delivery environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams aligned with business objectives
• Track progress, report status, and manage risks/issues proactively
• Manage vendors and drive continuous delivery process improvements
