You'll be key in diagnosing and resolving various technical issues while delivering top-notch customer service via multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: • Support end users through phone, chat, and the ticketing system • Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related problems • Install and configure software applications and devices • Track and resolve service requests within SLA • Document tickets and user interactions with precision
Requirements: • Minimum of 2-3 years in IT support service desk role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • College or Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Knowledge of ITIL principles • Bilingual English/French is a plus
