Jr Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description

We're a small, tight-knit creative crew with bold ideas, and we're looking for a motion graphic designer who can turn stories into scroll-stopping visuals.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in an advertising/social media marketing agency or events.

Salary

INR 2.04 Lacs -3 Lacs per annum

Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion reels, brand videos and graphics for social media campaigns.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with brand strategy.
\n
• Edit and optimise video content for various platforms.
\n
• Stay updated on design trends to deliver fresh and innovative content.
\n
• Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times.
\n
• Proficient in creating all formats of Instagram reels.
\n
• Skilled in colour theory, typography, and visual aesthetics.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field
\n
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Canva)
\n
• Strong understanding of motion graphics principles
\n
• Knowledge of video editing and 2D/3D animation
\n
• Creative storytelling and design skills
\n
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
\n
• Skilled in managing multiple clients while maintaining composure under pressure.
