Position: Junior Certified High Voltage Diagnostic Technician

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Department: EV & Hybrid Laboratory

Experience

• 1–3 years in EV/Hybrid vehicle diagnostics
• Fresh OEM-certified candidates may also apply

Qualification

• ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Electrical Engineering
• OEM EV/Hybrid Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing Electric & Hybrid vehicles
• Follow High Voltage safety procedures and LOTO
• Support diagnosis of HV Battery, BMS, Motor, Inverter, OBC, and Charging Systems
• Perform basic electrical testing and wiring repairs
• Operate OEM diagnostic tools under supervision
• Prepare service reports and follow OEM repair procedures

Skills

• Basic knowledge of EV & Hybrid systems
• High Voltage safety awareness
• Electrical diagnostics and wiring diagrams
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Team player with willingness to learn
