Junior Master Data Management Analyst

Role Overview

The Junior Master Data Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality maintenance of master data for items, customers, and suppliers. The position contributes to data integrity, compliance with established SLAs, and continuous improvement of master data management processes.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include receiving, analyzing, and processing master data maintenance requests, managing tickets in SAP-MDG / ServiceNow, executing updates in corporate systems, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Completed university degree
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in administrative, operational, business support, or master data management functions
• Basic knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) processes
• Management of ticket management tools, preferably ServiceNow
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Advanced Spanish
