We are looking for a Junior Process Technician to join our Operations team, supporting the financial monitoring and operational management of projects across the Benelux region.

Your mission

You will support the financial and operational governance of international projects, helping ensure accurate reporting, effective planning, compliance with internal controls and smooth execution of business processes.

What will you be doing?

• Monitor project financial performance and analyse budget deviations.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting activities.
• Perform monthly project stabilisation activities within corporate systems.
• Prepare financial reports and analytical insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the execution of internal controls and compliance activities under J-SOX requirements.
• Support purchasing, payments, billing and collection processes.
• Monitor project-related incidents and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams across different countries.

What are we looking for?

• Around 2 years of experience in operations, project support, finance, controlling or business analysis roles.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in project financial management and business operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in an international environment.
