Job Description
KEY RESULT AREAS
· Strengthening B2B, Travel, HoReCa & Institutional sales networks.
· Build long-term relationship with the customers, Vendors, Institutions/ Canteens.
· Liaise effectively with key accounts to get Company & its SKUs listed in order to enhance sales.
- Ensuring that all SKUs are listed and available in given chains.
- Expand distribution and new account acquisitions in the assigned geographic area through effective market analysis.
- Crafting new sales strategies and offers for pushing the sales
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in the region
· Ensuring 100% fill rate, PO follow up and smooth delivery of PO.
- Ensure proper placement, visibility & facing, shelf space, stock availability, stock condition (FIFO) and Hygiene of products at MRF stores/channels.
- Identify the unlisted products and follow-up for listing.
· Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model.
· Develop and administer credit policies and ensure timely collections.
· Plan/execute/support local marketing activities, such as sampling/promotions, to agreed budgets and time scales, and integrating sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, product launches and promotions.
- Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.
- Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
- Co-ordination with internal teams i.e., Sales, Operations, quality, Marketing etc.,
· Regular update on competitor margin and activities/Launch
· Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.
· Own P&L responsibility
· Collaborate with the Sales & Distribution team to strategize the entry to market, while building and maintaining relations with customers (stores, marketplaces, etc.), and ensuring timely and cost-efficient fulfilment.
· Identifies sales opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, forecasting projected business.
· Ensure consistent product launch in all available institutional channels and ensure availability of SKUs in all geographies.
· Drive sustainable account growth with the right 5P execution (Assortment/Placement/Planograms/ Branding/Promotions & Pricing)
