Kitchen ManagerAyrFull-Time PermanentSalary: £36,000 - £40,000 + Up to 10% Annual BonusLead a High-Volume Kitchen That Never Stands StillWe're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead one of the busiest, highest-performing kitchens in the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality food at volume.This isn't a role for someone who wants to spend their day in the office. We're looking for a leader who is on the pass during service, coaching on sections, setting the pace and supporting the team every step of the way.You'll inherit a strong, experienced team and work alongside an established second-in-command who manages much of the back-of-house administration, allowing you to focus on leading from the front and driving service excellence.Kitchen Manager - The Role:You'll be responsible for leading a large kitchen operation, ensuring every service is delivered with speed, consistency and quality.
