Join a leading manufacturing firm in Kitchener, Ontario, as an on-site Human Resources Generalist. This role is a 3-month contract with a chance for a permanent position, emphasizing hands-on HR support and employee engagement. We are in search of an HR Generalist to facilitate day-to-day HR tasks within a fast-paced environment.
Your duties will include managing recruitment processes, onboarding new hires, and supporting various HR programs to enhance workforce satisfaction and productivity.
