About the Company: Our client builds the decision-intelligence platform for independent wealth management, serving financial advisors and wealth management firms through a suite of products spanning compliance, advisory, risk, and operations workflows. The company is scaling from roughly $2.2M toward $3.5M ARR this year, with a target of $4.5M by year end, and next year's goal is a 3-5x on top of that. The team runs on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) for clarity, accountability, and low-politics execution.
About the Role: Our client is hiring a senior Product Manager to own the path from customer problem to shipped product — turning company strategy into a prioritized roadmap, a continuously ready backlog, and clear answers for everyone waiting on product. This role exists so engineering always works on the right thing, stakeholders always know what's shipping and when, and the product reliably drives growth into recurring revenue.
This is a senior individual-contributor seat requiring genuine autonomy: owning discovery, roadmap, backlog, and delivery readiness end to end, and operating without heavy direction. Reports to the Head of Product & Technology.
What You'll Own
- Own a single intake that turns customer input from CS, Sales, Product Marketing, and support into a validated, prioritized backlog
- Maintain a living quarterly product roadmap tied to company goals, including conversion of paid pilots into recurring contracts
- Write clear specs and PRDs with acceptance criteria, keeping at least two sprints of ready work ahead of the engineering team at all times
- Coordinate clean releases across engineering, QA, and Product Marketing, including release notes and customer-facing demos
- Be the single point of contact for product status across Sales, CS, customers, and leadership
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior IC Product Manager owning discovery, roadmap, backlog, and releases for a B2B SaaS product, operating autonomously
- Has lived the growth arc at a company scaling roughly from $1M to $10M ARR
- Experience working closely with a 15-25+ person engineering team, having built multiple products
- Genuine user empathy — ideally including prior experience in customer support, QA, or a comparable close-to-the-user role before moving into product
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable being the single source of product answers across functions
- Technical fluency to partner credibly with engineers and designers on feasibility, trade-offs, and UX
- B2B SaaS product background required — not a fit for candidates only from software consulting or agency environments that rotate between client products
- Based in LATAM
Nice-to-Have
- Wealth management, RIA, or fintech domain experience
- Experience standing up the PM function on a small or early team (zero to one)
- Familiarity with compliance, risk, or advisory workflows, or other regulated software
- Product analytics fluency (Amplitude or comparable)
