Location: Bangalore (On-site) Experience: 2-10 years in Corporate Sales / MICE Employment Type: Full-time Key ResponsibilitiesDrive corporate sales for MICE business, acquiring new clients across industriesManage end-to-end client servicing for events, conferences, and incentive programsBuild and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholdersDevelop customized proposals, presentations, and event solutionsCollaborate with internal teams (operations, event management, vendors) for seamless executionLead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract closuresTrack sales pipeline, revenue targets, and client feedbackStay updated on market trends, venues, and competitor offerings in the MICE industry RequirementsProven experience in corporate sales within MICE / events / hospitality industryStrong network with corporate clients and decision-makersExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple high-value clients and projects simultaneouslyTarget-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growthBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
