Our focus is simple: reduce labor dependency, improve efficiency, and make mechanization accessible.We're looking for a Lead Engineer who can own products end-to-end ,from concept to field deployment What You'll DoLead the New Product Development, Automation solutions for Farm machineryTake products from idea prototype field validation productionManage and mentor a small multi disciplinary engineering teamWork closely with fabrication, vendors, and on-field teamsDrive cost-effective, rugged designs suited for Indian conditionsContinuously improve existing machines based on field feedbackWhat Actually MattersProven experience in Development of Machines (Automation & Robotics) Experience leading Engineering teams (4-5 people)Strong fundamentals in Electro - Mechanical , Robotics , Automation design, Power transmissionAbility to make decisions with imperfect data and move fastComfortable working in a hands-on, resource-constrained environmentGood to Have Experience in Agri machinery / food processing equipmentExposure to Machine development, Transmission systems, Sheetmetal & PlasticsUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and vendor managementWhy This RoleDirect ownership of Real Machines used by farmersOpportunity to build products that scale across IndiaWork on high-impact, ground-level innovation, not theoretical designLocationwe work 6 days a week
