Job Summa ryWe are looking for an experience d Quality Assurance Quality Control Engine er (Civil) to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirement s.

Key Responsibilit ies • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and quality pl ans.• Conduct inspections of civil, structural, architectural, and finishing wo rks.• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specificati ons.• Coordinate material testing and review quality repo rts.• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, NCRs, IRs, MIRs, and quality reco rds.• Conduct site audits and recommend corrective and preventive acti ons.• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, safety standards, and industry best practi ces.• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality iss ues.• Support project handover, snagging, and final quality inspecti ons. Require ments • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engine ering.• Minimum 7 years of QA/QC experience in real estate or construction pro jects.• Experience in residential, high-rise, villas, townships, plotted developments, or commercial pro jects.• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, material testing, and quality document ation.• Proficiency in MS Office and Au toCAD.
