Lead Engineer - Automotive Controller Systems
Responsibilities
Lead system level development of automotive electronic controllersDevelop and manage system and software requirementsGuide basic hardware development, with strong focus on schematic understandingDrive integration of HW, SW, and system componentsProvide technical leadership to a team of 2-4 engineersQuickly analyze and resolve field issuesCollaborate effectively with cross functional teams (HW, SW, Validation, Manufacturing)
Qualifications
Experience: 8-10 yearsEducation: B.E / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics) or Master's in Power Electronics
Required Skills
Strong experience in Automotive Controller System Requirement DevelopmentSound knowledge of Digital Electronics and Power ElectronicsGood working knowledge of CAN / CAN FDHands on experience with UDS and J1939 protocolsMandatory experience in AUTOSAR based software developmentAbility to understand system issues and drive technical resolutions
Preferred Skills
2+ years of embedded software development experiencePrior experience in BMS, On Board Charger, or DC DC Converter systems (system perspective)Exposure to EV or power electronics based automotive systems
