About the Company
Mahindra Research Valley (MRV), Chennai is looking for an experienced Wiring Harness Lead to drive end-to-end program execution and delivery across vehicle development programs.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Wiring Harness program planning and execution across multiple vehicle projects
- Liaise with Platform Teams and VES CoEs to ensure program targets, timelines, and deliverables are achieved
- Prepare and monitor L1–L4 program timelines and manage project governance
- Track gateway deliverables, critical paths, project risks, and escalation management
- Monitor software releases, E-BOM readiness, build sign-offs, validation status, and vehicle build requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for development, validation, quality, and plant readiness activities
- Manage project MIS, issue tracking, resource utilization, cost monitoring, and budget adherence
- Support scope finalization, budget estimation, NDA/PR/PO activities, contracts, and IPR tracking
- Drive standardization, knowledge management, and lessons learned deployment across programs
Qualifications
06–12 years of experience in Automotive Wiring Harness / EDS / Electrical Architecture / Program Management
Required Skills
Strong experience in vehicle development lifecycle and gateway management
Exposure to supplier management, validation, release management, and cost control
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
