Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns, driving the vision for customer engagement and business growth.
• Cross-functional leadership: orchestrate collaboration across Brand, Creative, CRM, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, PR, and regional teams.
• Campaign planning: develop comprehensive briefs, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies to ensure clear priorities and compelling execution.
• Performance optimization: apply a data-driven approach to monitor campaign success and implement optimizations based on key insights.
• Operations and mentorship: manage budgets, priorities, stakeholder alignment, establish best practices, and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational excellence.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
• Experience within fintech, technology, or consumer digital products is highly desirable.
