All associates atMarriott Tech Accelerator will be ANSR employees, delivering services exclusively to ANSR's client, Marriott International. Role Title: Lead Quality Engineer Position Summary: The Lead Quality Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for defining quality strategy, driving enterprise-level test architecture, and ensuring end-to-end quality across GraphQL orchestration platforms integrating multiple domain APIs.

Key Responsibilities: Define and drive quality strategy and automation roadmap Own end-to-end quality for API orchestration layer Lead design of scalable automation frameworks (Karate) Drive integration testing across multiple domain systems Mentor QE teams and enforce best practices Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on design for quality Ensure system reliability, scalability and performance validation Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies Required Skills and Experience: 8+ years in quality engineering with strong automation experience Expertise in Karate or similar API automation frameworks Experience in large-scale distributed systems testing Strong understanding of API orchestration and integration patterns Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Strong leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management skills Good to Have: GraphQL queries/mutations testing experience Microservices architecture exposure Event-driven architecture (Kafka) Performance and resilience testing knowledge Education and Certifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification Work location: Hyderabad, India.
