Lead/Staff Business Analyst

Lead/Staff Business Analyst: Structuring, analyzing, and leveraging large datasets to drive critical business decisions and improve client experience for a digital financial platform with an accent on data-based decision making, risk management, and efficiency. Focus on investigative work, identifying data needs, testing solutions, and understanding product interactions to impact a large customer base.

Location: Hybrid work model requiring office attendance 2-3 times/week in Sao Paulo, Brazil . Relocation assistance package available for Brazil , if applicable.

What you will do

• Conduct investigative work to determine optimal data usage and identify information needed for decision-making.
• Support teams in making data-based decisions, monitoring analyses, and ensuring project flow.
• Work with large volumes of data to build a solid foundation for decision-making with calculated risks.
• Utilize tools like SQL, Python, and Scala for data extraction (training provided).
• Understand Nubank's products and their interactions with various areas.
• Participate in projects that will impact a large number of clients in a complex and dynamic environment.
