Lead User Interface Designer
Wello Solutions
Job Description
At Wello Solutions, we build field service software used by companies managing complex operations across sites, equipment, and teams across Europe. This is not a simple product. It deals with real workflows, real constraints, and real usage at scale.
We’re not looking for average.
We are looking for someone who can design for that level of complexity and bring clarity to it.
The role
You will work on a product that sits at the center of daily operations.
You’ll partner with product and engineering to design interfaces that are not just usable, but structured, consistent, and built to scale.
If your strength is only visual design, this role is not a fit.
If you think in systems, flows, and structure, keep reading.
What you will work on
- Designing UI/UX for complex, multi-layered B2B SaaS workflows
- Structuring dense information into clean, usable interfaces
- Building and evolving a design system that actually scales
- Creating reusable components and patterns across the product
- Driving consistency across features, not just screens
- Working directly with product and engineering on real decisions
Your responsibilities
- Turn product logic into clear, structured UI
- Define and maintain design standards across the platform
- Push the design system forward, not just use it
- Work closely with developers to ensure quality in execution
- Challenge and improve existing product experiences
- Bring strong design thinking into product decisions
AI is not optional here.
We expect you to already be using AI in your design workflow.
That includes:
- Figma AI
- Claude Design or similar tools
- Your own automation or agent-based workflows
If AI is not part of how you design today, this role will not work.
What we are looking for
- 6 to 10+ years in UI/UX design
- Proven experience with B2B software solutions
- Strong ability to simplify complexity
- Experience building or scaling design systems
- Advanced Figma skills
- Comfort working directly with product and engineering
What matters most
- Clear thinking
- Strong structure
- Consistency across the product
- High attention to detail
Portfolio
We are selective here.
Show us:
- Real product work
- Complex systems and workflows
- How you think, not just what you designed
If your portfolio is only visual, we will not move forward.
What you get
- Fully remote role
- A product with real complexity and impact
- Direct influence on how the product evolves
- A small team with fast execution and ownership
