Legal Billing Systems Support Specialist (Hiring Immediately)

Actively seeking a CONTRACT Financial Systems/Accounting Systems Support Analyst for a HYBRID (2 Days in Office) and Contract (6 Months) Position at a Top Global Law Firm . The position requires someone who knows Legal Billing Software like Elite 3E and Aderant, who has worked as a systems support tech to help users and troubleshoot billing issues. This role is helping to cover for a Leave, and is set to run about 6 months.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, Shifts 9 AM - 5:30 PM

DURATION: 6 Months

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (2 Days in Office) | Manhattan, NY

HOURLY PAY: $40 - $65/Hr. (Based on Years of Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

2+ Years of Experience serving in a Financial Systems Analyst or Billing Systems Support role is REQUIRED

Experience with Billing Software: Elite 3E is Preferred, or Aderant/Similar is a PLUS .

Experience with, or ability to learn, new software, including SQL

Excellent finance transactional processing knowledge gained

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in a service-oriented environment

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high-quality and expert financial systems support to our global user community

Manage 3E Tech support calls promptly

Recording, monitoring, and escalation of software bugs and issues

Manage user expectations in a professional and customer-oriented manner

Daily monitoring and maintenance of the Finance Systems

Assist with the design of functional improvements and provide software testing

Perform the 3E month-end and year-end processes (on a rota basis)
