Product Manager – Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC)
Chevron is accepting online applications for the Product Manager – Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) position. We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the evolution of our GRC product line. This role is pivotal in shaping solutions that enable the organization to manage regulatory obligations, mitigate risk, and strengthen governance frameworks.
The digital Product Manager manages the portfolio of innovative and critical products required to support critical compliance and governance processes. The position has three primary responsibilities: develop and own the execution of the vision of their products, set product priorities, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure we are working on the highest value opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the short- and long-term GRC product vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
- Governance Integration: Expand existing compliance offerings to include governance capabilities, enabling holistic risk oversight and decision‑making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish relationships with business and platform stakeholders to identify areas to improve processes with digital solutions.
- Risk Management Enablement: Drive enhancements that help customers identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Monitor regulatory changes and emerging technologies to keep the product line competitive and compliant.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and enterprise risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing complex projects is a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Preferred experience in Agile product management, preferably in legal domains.
