As a Level 1 Service Technician, you'll perform diagnostic and repair work on residential HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues
• Perform brazing and refrigeration repairs when needed
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation
• Clearly explain repairs completed to homeowners
• Identify larger repair or replacement opportunities and refer them to senior technicians when appropriate
• Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes
• Keep your service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures
• Represent Everest Air with professionalism and integrity on every service call

• Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
• Confident performing basic diagnostics and repairs independently
• Experience with brazing and refrigeration work
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Coachable with a desire to continue learning
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Organized and able to effectively manage truck inventory
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must provide your own hand tools
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
