Loose Diamond Sales Executive — US Night Shift

About the Role:V&A Group, a jewelry brand based in SEEPZ, Andheri, Mumbai, is hiring a Loose Diamond Sales Executive for B2B sales to US-based diamond buyers and wholesalers. Freshers with diamond knowledge are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout and identify US-based diamond buyers and wholesale prospects

• Initiate outbound calls and emails to pitch loose diamond stones

• Support the senior sales team with quotations and stock coordination

• Handle post-sale follow-ups — order confirmations, dispatch updates, and client queries

• Maintain daily call logs and update sales trackers

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Loose Diamonds and Lab Grown Diamonds (LGD)

• Ability to read GIA / IGI grading reports and understand the 4Cs

• Excellent spoken and written English (US client-facing)

• Fluency in English, Hindi and Gujarati

• Comfortable with fixed night shift (US time zones)

Good to Have:

• Prior exposure to a diamond trading or jewelry company

• Knowledge of lab grown diamond pricing

Shift: Night Shift only — US time zone aligned (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site)

Salary: As per industry standards

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year (diamond knowledge mandatory)
