LLD Developer - Automotive Location: Bangalore Experience: 3-10 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Open Positions: 5
Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced LLD Developer with strong expertise in embedded systems and motor driver development. The role requires hands-on experience in low-level driver development, AUTOSAR configuration, and working closely with hardware interfaces in automotive applications.
Mandate Requirements:We are looking for an experienced Low-Level Driver (LLD) Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in motor control systems. The role requires direct experience in developing, understanding, and integrating Low-Level Drivers on Infineon AURIX microcontrollers using Infineon MCAL. Candidates must have practical exposure to controller-specific LLD development, including peripheral configuration, integration, and debugging.
Additional Job Requirements:Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited UniversityMinimum 5 years' experience with embedded C/C++ software (hand-coding) in RTOS, MCAL, and Low-Level Driver developmentMinimum 3+ years of experience in Vector/ETAS/AUTOSAR Basic Software configuration (OS, IOHWAB, FEE, WDG)Experience with multicore microprocessors, hardware schematics interpretation, and Functional Safety (ISO 26262)Experience with compilers, emulators, Lauterbach debuggers, and automation scriptingExperience in software requirements analysis, design, coding, test planning, and testing for EE/core and powertrain base softwareResponsible for reviews and inspections of requirements, design documents, C/C++/assembly code, and test plansExperience in software verification/validation (white box, black box, gray box testing)Familiarity with MISRA-C coding standardsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to adapt to changing environmentsExperience with data acquisition tools like ETAS, INCA, CANoe, CANalyzerExperience with NXP Cobra-55, Aurix TC family microprocessors
Basic Qualifications:Master's degree in EngineeringAutomotive experience (industry or academic such as Formula SAE / SAE EcoCar)Experience in Vector SLP communication stack and CAN/LIN/XCP implementationExperience with Electrobit EB tresos / MICROSAR configurationUnderstanding of ICE, hybrid, BEV, and vehicle subsystemsExperience working in multi-disciplinary teamsExposure to simulation/virtual tools and methodologiesExperience in Embedded Real-Time Controls and Software solutions
Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering
