Machine Learning Engineer

VBeyond Corporation is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to best coding development standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and data-driven transformation programs with ownership of scope, timelines, cost, and quality.
• Mentor on-ground team to increase AI-Adoption and AI-Maturity across the portfolio.
• Translate business goals into AI-led transformation roadmaps and execution plans.
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI-DLC (AI-driven SDLC) across delivery lifecycle stages.
• Implement GenAI, copilots, and agentic workflows to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Drive AI-enabled quality engineering (test automation, shift-left, intelligent validation).
• Identify and execute automation and AI-led process re-engineering opportunities.
• Deliver measurable outcomes in productivity gains, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience Level: Expert and leadership (9+ years)
• Required Skills: Data Analysis, TensorFlow, Natural Language Processing, Statistical Analysis

Preferred Skills

• Experience across the tech stack: .Net, Java, Databricks, Azure, Kafka, GitHub, SonarQube, etc.

Compensation

Salary: $65-70/hour
