Machine Operation Leader (Sorting & Peeling) HUSA Client

Industry: Food Manufacturing / Agricultural Processing (Cashew Industry)Location: Hiệp Phước Industrial Park, HCMCReports to: Production ManagerJob Responsibilities: - Machine Operation & Performance Supervise color sorting and peeling machines (e.g., Meyer 120 LDS4/KFS models). Set machine parameters (color, defect sensitivity, humidity) for optimal yield. Maintain target defect rejection 98 % and machine uptime 98 %.

Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and repairs. - Quality Control Conduct inspections and sampling to ensure the quality of kernels. Collaborate with QC to validate grades and minimize rework ( 2 %). - Manpower Management Lead 8 10 operators and helpers across shifts. Train new workers in safety, hygiene, and SOPs.

Track productivity (in kilograms per person/day) and report performance metrics. - Hygiene & Safety Enforce HACCP/BRC standards and hygiene compliance (100 %). Ensure the use and cleanliness of PPE in the production area. Support audits and corrective actions with the QA team.

KPIs Sorting accuracy 98 % Yield 98 % good kernel recovery Zero audit non-compliance Timely reporting after each shift. Required Skills & Experience Diploma in Food Technology or Mechanical Engineering. Experience in agricultural or nut-processing production lines.

Strong leadership and quality-control mindset. Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and machine operations.
