Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated individual to support their Manufacturing team as a Machine Operator. If you have a passion for machinery and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Location: Plant City, FL
Hourly Rate: $20.75 per hour
Schedule: Morning Shift (starting at 6:00 AM) | Fast-Paced
Overtime: Mandatory OT depending on workload (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate large machinery, including Brake Press, Roll Forming, Forming, Mechanical Shear, Horizontal Saw, and Tube Cut Saw.
• Read and interpret work instructions and prints.
• Utilize a tape measure accurately.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience operating and setting up large machinery.
• Ability to read a tape measure and work instructions.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Interview Process:

• Candidates will be required to complete a tape measurement test during the interview.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

• New hires must purchase and bring metatarsal guards and steel/composite toe boots made of leather (no "Hey Dude" style material) that cover the ankles to the orientation. Please note: Candidates not wearing the appropriate footwear will not be allowed to tour the facility.
