Management Trainee-Marketing(Vegetable Seeds)

Department: Marketing - Vegetable SeedsReports To: Crop Lead - Vegetable SeedsJob Purpose:The Management Trainee will support the execution of marketing strategies for the Vegetable Seeds business, with a primary focus on driving farmer engagement initiatives and strengthening product adoption at the field level.Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute farmer engagement programs such as field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field daysSupport implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for vegetable seed productsCollaborate with Sales and Field teams to enhance product visibility and farmer outreachConduct field visits to gather market intelligence, farmer insights, and competitor activityAssist in product positioning and communication strategies based on on-ground feedbackMonitor and evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and submit periodic reportsContribute to branding, demand generation, and lead conversion activitiesEducational Qualifications:MBA in Marketing/MBA AgSpecialization or exposure to Rural Marketing / Agri-Business preferredExperience:0-2 years of relevant experienceFresh graduates may be considered for Management Trainee role.
