Job Description
We are building a modern fashion jewellery brand and looking for someone who has worked with a jewellery, fashion, accessories, or D2C lifestyle brand before.
This person will help us with product curation, collection planning, trend spotting, brand storytelling, and marketing direction. We need someone with strong taste, commercial thinking, and the ability to turn trends into products, content, and campaigns.
You will be responsible for:
Product Curation
Identify jewellery styles, themes, and collections we should launch.
Curate products based on market demand, trends, seasonality, gifting, and customer psychology.
Help name products and collections in a simple, premium, sellable way.
Build moodboards and product references for new drops.
Suggest pricing, bundling, and merchandising ideas.
Trend Spotting
Track Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, fashion creators, celebrity styling, and competitor brands.
Identify fast-moving jewellery trends before they become saturated.
Create weekly trend reports with product ideas, hooks, colors, styling, and campaign angles.
Study brands like Giva, Palmonas, Misho, CaratLane, Mejuri, Monica Vinader, and similar fashion jewellery brands.
Marketing Direction
Help create campaign ideas for Meta ads, Instagram reels, influencer content, and website banners.
Suggest ad hooks, visual concepts, product positioning, and gifting angles.
Work with designers, photographers, video editors, and media buyers to make creatives that sell.
Improve product pages with better names, descriptions, images, and collection storytelling.
Brand Building
Help define the brand voice, visual direction, packaging references, and launch themes.
Build collection stories around occasions, moods, personalities, and gifting moments.
Ensure the brand feels premium, modern, and commercially strong.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in jewellery, fashion, accessories, beauty, or D2C lifestyle
- Prior work with a real brand, not just freelance Canva/social media posting
- Strong understanding of Instagram/Pinterest-driven shopping behavior
- Good eye for product, styling, photography, and brand aesthetics
- Ability to convert trends into sellable collections
- Basic understanding of ecommerce metrics: CTR, conversion rate, AOV, bestsellers, dead stock, sell-through
- Comfortable working with founders, designers, photographers, and marketers
