Job Description - Management Trainee (Operations & Supply Chain - E-Commerce)Position: Management Trainee - Operations & Supply ChainDepartment: Supply Chain / E-Commerce OperationsLocation: Nadiad Plant, GujaratExperience: MBA freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible to apply. Candidates with more than 1 year of work experience will not be considereCTC: Up to 5.5 LPA About the RoleWe are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic MBA graduates to join our Operations & Supply Chain team as Management Trainees. The role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and process improvement initiatives. The selected candidates will undergo structured learning and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day e-commerce supply chain and plant operations.Coordinate order processing, inventory planning, and dispatch activities.Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.Work with warehouse, production, logistics, and marketplace teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.Track key operational metrics such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and delivery timelines.Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.Participate in automation and digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain.Undertake projects and assignments as part of the Management Trainee Programme.EligibilityMBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related specialization.Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of ERP/SAP is an added advantage.Willingness to work from the Nadiad Plant, Gujarat and learn through on-ground operational exposure.Desired CompetenciesLearning agility and a proactive attitude.Strong ownership and execution skills.Data-driven decision-making ability.Teamwork and stakeholder management.Time management and attention to detail.Adaptability in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.Career GrowthThe selected candidates will undergo a structured Management Trainee Programme with exposure to multiple functions within Operations & Supply Chain.
