Manager – Alliances & Partnerships (Credit Card)

Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

Job Profile:

Own and drive growth for Gujarat & MP region alongside one key category (electronics/ education / lifestyle/ Fitness, etc.)

• Identify, onboard, and scale merchant partnerships across Gujarat & MP
• Build strong relationships with regional brands, retailers, and key accounts
• Drive revenue through offers, co-funded campaigns, and affordability solutions (EMI, etc.)
• Create and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with partners
• Lead commercial negotiations and close strategic deals
• Ensure strong in-store visibility and local activation to drive footfall and conversions
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, ops) for execution
• Track category and merchant performance; optimize for growth and ROI

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in Alliances, affordability exposure, Partnerships, Business Development, or Category Management
• Strong exposure to Gujarat & MP merchant ecosystem
• Proven track record of driving revenue and managing key accounts
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage both category strategy and on-ground merchant execution
• Fluency in Gujarati and English preferred
• Experience in BFSI / fintech / retail / e-commerce is a plus
