Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead product design, standardisation, and innovation for large-scale industrial real estate projects. The role requires strong expertise in master planning, BIM, design management, and delivering high-quality, efficient, and market-leading industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design evolution and establish industry-leading design standards.
- Develop detailed design specifications, construction methodologies, quality benchmarks, and material standards.
- Drive design standardisation, prefabrication, and construction efficiency initiatives.
- Manage master planning, design coordination, and timely delivery of construction drawings.
- Oversee design programs, consultant coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Develop customised industrial and logistics facility design solutions.
- Support customer proposals with design layouts, presentations, renders, and BIM models.
- Build and maintain BIM capabilities for project delivery and client presentations.
Requirements
- 12 -15+ years of experience in architecture/design management, preferably in industrial, logistics, or commercial real estate.
- Degree in Architecture.
- Strong experience in master planning and managing multiple projects.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and international standards (FM Global experience preferred).
- Creative mindset with strong design innovation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
