We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - Building Construction. If you have a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on experience in managing building construction projects, we would love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality execution, and maintaining safety standards.

The role requires effective supervision of workforce, efficient resource utilization, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:• Plan and coordinate daily work activities of construction workers and subcontractors safely and efficiently• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specifications• Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and material consumption• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers• Maintain quality control for RCC, masonry, and finishing works• Identify and resolve on-site issues, delays, and technical challenges efficiently• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and statutory requirements• Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials

Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from reputed institution Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in building construction supervision In-depth knowledge of building construction processes and techniques Strong knowledge of building construction processes, materials and safety practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Good leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools)
