We're Hiring: Manager – FPO Development (BioCNG & Circular Economy)
Location: Andhra Pradesh / Tamil Nadu (Extensive Field Travel Required)

Samay Project Services Ltd. is a leading infrastructure and EPC company expanding into the BioCNG and Circular Economy sector. We are developing large-scale BioCNG projects across India in collaboration with farmers, cooperatives, industries, and international partners to transform agricultural waste into clean energy and organic fertilizers.
We are looking for an energetic, field-oriented professional who can build strong relationships with FPOs, farmers, government agencies, industries, and institutional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop feedstock sourcing networks through Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), dairy cooperatives, horticulture societies, sugar factories, and agricultural associations.
- Engage with District Collectors, government departments, Agricultural Universities, Horticulture Departments, NABARD, and other public institutions to facilitate project development.
- Represent the company before multinational corporations, ESG investors, development agencies, industry bodies, and institutional partners.
- Identify and establish long-term partnerships for agricultural residue collection and biomass aggregation.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, awareness programs, workshops, and community engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with engineering, project execution, and finance teams during project development.
- Prepare professional presentations, project proposals, concept notes, and business development reports.
- Travel extensively across rural and semi-urban regions to develop new projects and partnerships.
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Rural Management, Agribusiness Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–15 years of experience in agriculture, horticulture, agribusiness, biomass supply chains, rural development, or institutional business development.
- Strong field experience working with farmers, cooperatives, FPOs, agricultural associations, or government agencies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in addressing senior government officials, District Collectors, and corporate leadership
- Ability to work independently and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Telugu & Tamil preferred).
