Manager (Sustainability Energy Solutions, Finance)

The incumbent will operate in a lean team structure and is expected to perform fullhands-on operational finance work, including JV postings, invoice issuance, assetcapitalisation and preparation of schedules, while supporting coordination and businesspartnering functions.

What You’ll Do

Lead the full spectrum of GL activities, including month-end close, reconciliations and financial reportingMaintain accurate accounting books, ensure compliance with accounting standards and support statutory reportingReview GST and corporate tax workings and submissionsManage internal and external audit engagements and ensure proper documentation and controlsProvide technical accounting advice and partner with business teams on new projects and commercial initiativesAnalyse monthly financial results, track key financial KPIs, and support budgeting and forecastingIdentify and drive process improvements, system enhancements, and finance workflow setup

What You’ll Need:

Degree in Accountancy/Business from a reputable UniversityPreferably 5-7 years of related work experience in the Big Four audit firms and commercial experienceAdaptability and a growth mindset, with the ability to rotate across varying job scopes and rolesGood analytical and problem-solving skillsProactive, hands-on, resourceful and with an eye for detailsEffective team player, highly motivated and independentExperience in financial modelling or investment decisions desirableIndependent self-starterProficient in MS Office, including Excel, Power Point and Word
