At SCOP3 Group, we have built one of Indonesia’s leading PR and communications agencies in the hospitality and lifestyle sector, representing some of the most prestigious brands in the country.

We are now looking for a Managing Director – Strategic Communications & PR to lead our offices in Jakarta and Bali and help shape the next phase of the company’s growth.

This is a role for a true communications leader — someone with extensive experience in public relations, strategic communications, and agency leadership, ideally with a strong understanding of the hospitality, luxury, travel, and lifestyle sectors.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with commercial awareness, brings proven experience in leading teams and managing high-level client relationships, and is able to drive performance, reputation, and business growth across both offices.

The role will oversee team leadership, client excellence, strategic direction, and continued business growth across Jakarta and Bali.

Key QualificationsExtensive experience in PR, strategic communications, and agency leadershipProven ability to lead teams, clients, and high-level communication strategiesStrong background in local and international media relationsCommercial awareness with business development and client leadership experienceExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in EnglishStrong understanding of hospitality, luxury, travel, and lifestyle brandsProven success in a senior communications leadership roleWillingness to be based primarily in Jakarta, with regular travel to Bali; a Bali-based setup can also be discussed for the right candidate
