Role Overview
Playing Captain RoleThe leader will manage an individual business target along with leading a team.Compensation structure includes an Incentive Module.Non-Playing Captain RoleThe leader will focus on driving overall team performance and business growth.Compensation structure includes a Bonus Module.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture relationships with HNI, UHNI clients, Family Offices, and Corporates.Advise clients on investment solutions across Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).Deliver customized wealth solutions aligned to clients financial goals and risk appetite.Drive AUM growth, net sales, and market share expansion.Develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and deeper wallet share.Mentor and drive high-performing wealth management teams.
Who Should Apply?Professionals from Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services backgrounds.Candidates with strong understanding of investment products and market dynamics.Individuals with excellent relationship management and business development capabilities.Leaders with experience managing HNI/UHNI client relationships and teams.
