Marketing Analyst Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 + Benefits We're partnering with a growing consumer business looking to hire a Marketing Analyst to bridge the gap between digital performance, customer insight and commercial decision making. This is a hands on role where you'll use data to help optimise acquisition, retention and marketing performance across multiple channels. Key responsibilities: Own and optimise GA4 and GTM tracking Analyse performance across paid media channels Build dashboards and reporting in Power BI or Tableau Deliver insight on CAC, ROAS, conversion and customer lifetime value Support attribution and measurement across platforms Conduct customer, cohort and segmentation analysis Work closely with marketing, commercial and data teams to drive growth What we're looking for: Experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics or Growth Analytics Strong GA4 and GTM knowledge Power BI or Tableau experience Understanding of paid media measurement Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations SQL experience would be advantageous Hybrid working available.
