About the Role
Our OTT Media Client is looking for an experienced Marketing Production Manager (MPM) to join the Marketing Production team. This role serves as the operational bridge between creative, production, and cross-functional marketing teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Marketing Production Manager combines production expertise with operational excellence to support end-to-end campaign execution. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, the role is responsible for production planning, creative asset management, localization, campaign operations, and production delivery across multiple marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment, has exceptional project management skills, and possesses a deep understanding of creative production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Lead cross-functional campaign production planning and execution timelines.
- Build, manage, and monitor detailed production schedules across multiple stakeholders.
- Identify production dependencies, risks, and critical milestones to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Coordinate production activities across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
Budget Management
- Track and forecast creative production budgets and vendor spend.
- Assess production feasibility and provide cost estimates for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign production expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and other production-related financial documentation.
- Partner with finance and marketing stakeholders to maintain budget visibility and reporting.
Creative Production Management
- Collaborate with Creative, Planning, AV Production, and Art & Print teams to define asset production and localization strategies.
- Track the development of creative assets throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Ensure creative deliverables align with campaign objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate production requirements across multiple marketing channels.
Creative Execution & Localization
- Manage production timelines for creative adaptation and finishing.
- Coordinate agencies and production partners to deliver localized creative assets.
- Provide production teams with approved creative assets, title information, and brand guidelines.
- Oversee creative adaptations to ensure campaign assets meet channel and market requirements.
Bespoke Creative Production
- Lead end-to-end production for custom marketing campaigns, activations, special projects, and brand experiences.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout production.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to support production approvals and media-related requirements.
Asset Quality Control & Delivery
- Manage asset tracking and production status across project management tools.
- Ensure all assets undergo quality control and required stakeholder approvals before release.
- Coordinate asset planning, ordering, and final delivery across marketing channels.
- Oversee the complete production lifecycle from asset creation through final distribution.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets to media partners and distribution channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary production point of contact for Marketing, Creative, Media, Production, Legal, Finance, and external agency partners.
- Drive clear communication across regional and global teams to ensure alignment on production workflows.
- Support continuous improvement of production processes, tools, and operational best practices.
- Facilitate collaboration between country, regional, and global stakeholders throughout campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Marketing Production, Creative Operations, Project Management, or Campaign Production.
- Experience within OTT streaming platforms, entertainment, media, advertising, broadcast, or digital content industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex marketing campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of creative production, localization, asset management, and campaign operations.
- Experience managing creative agencies and production vendors.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, production costs, POs, and vendor engagements.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting regional or global marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with creative asset management systems, project management platforms, and marketing workflow tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing, media planning, localization, and content distribution workflows.
- Experience working within highly collaborative, matrixed organizations.
