Job Description
Our client, a PE-backed technology SaaS company, is entering a new phase of growth with marketing at the center of the value creation agenda. They are looking for a Marketing Director (m/f) to build a scalable, measurable marketing function and turn it into a predictable growth engine - driving positioning, demand generation, and pipeline outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Set the end-to-end marketing strategy and translate it into a clear execution roadmap, governance, and operating rhythm aligned with business priorities
- Lead the redesign of the marketing website across messaging, UX, content architecture, and conversion funnels; establish a structured CRO program
- Partner with Sales and Product to define ICP, segmentation, personas, and value proposition; ensure consistent, differentiated B2B SaaS positioning
- Build a scalable demand generation engine across paid and organic channels, focused on pipeline creation and high-quality SQL delivery
- Develop an always-on content and thought leadership program, with a strong emphasis on video, to build authority and educate the market
- Own marketing performance management: define KPIs, attribution approach, and dashboards; connect spend to CAC, conversion, pipeline, and ROI
- Drive marketing operations and capability building, including martech, processes, and quality standards that enable repeatable execution
- Introduce and govern AI-enabled marketing workflows to improve productivity, speed, and quality while ensuring compliance and control
- Build customer and lifecycle marketing programs that drive adoption, retention, expansion, and improved LTV/NRR
- Lead the evolution of the marketing organisation: structure, roles, capabilities, accountability model, and cross-functional ways of working
What we're looking for
- Senior marketing leadership experience in a scaled B2B SaaS / subscription / FinTech/ e-commerce business (Marketing Director / Head of Growth level)
- Proven people leadership (teams of 5+ FTE) and ownership of marketing budgets and investment trade-offs
- Strong track record in building or fixing growth fundamentals: funnel, demand gen, performance marketing, and/or martech processes
- Hands-on credibility in website, UX, content quality, and conversion optimization
- Experience defining ICP and positioning and translating it into campaigns and commercial results
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with CAC, conversion rates, ROI, attribution, and pipeline impact
- Ability to operate both strategically and practically - stepping into execution when needed
- Confident stakeholder management and structured communication with C-level and investor/board audiences
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment with ambitious growth targets
- Practical experience using AI to improve marketing output, with attention to governance and quality controlv
- Mobility to work from the office 3 days a week (ideally in Warsaw) and willingness to travel within Poland as needed.
- Native level Polish & fluent English language skills
