About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Management Trainees – Marketing to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have gained practical exposure to digital marketing through internships, academic projects, certifications, or freelance work and are eager to build a career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging digital trends.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, marketing automation, and productivity.
• Prepare marketing reports and present campaign insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on exposure to SEO, Google Analytics, and Digital Marketing through internships, live projects, certifications, or practical assignments is good to have.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, including organic search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, creativity, and willingness to learn.
