You will be responsible for quantifying building elements and preparing front-end reports while ensuring all project-related metrics are effectively monitored. Your ability to conduct change order reviews will enhance the team's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Quantify building elements from design documents • Prepare CIQS elemental and Uniformat estimates • Review change orders and execute lifecycle cost analysis • Support preparation of cost reports • Perform extensive market price comparisons

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Engineering, Construction) • 2-3 years cost consulting experience required • Actively pursuing PQS or MRICS designations • Proficient in project monitoring guidelines and standards • Excellent in Microsoft Office and cost estimating tools
