Role : Media EngineerRequired Technical Skill Set: Media EngineerDesired Experience Range: 3 - 5 yrsNotice Period: Immediate to 90Days onlyLocation of Requirement: BangaloreWe are currently planning to do a Virtual Interview Job Description:Primary Skills SSRS, SQL or Python or Snowflex What will you doAct as the technical bridge between Playout and the Business when it comes to migrations and help resolve issues that stem from either side.Lead testing with our Playout system InetSat, especially when it comes to Playlist testing and Media Testing alongside Graphic configuration and coordinating Dual-Run workflows Support the EMEA & APAC Territory with regards data modelling and structures for Promo/2nd Events and campaign management for short form.Engage with the business around commercial sales workflows, in particular the Client ESS Implementation for interfacing with External clients, including everything from Analysis to Implementation and Testing Ensuring data flow throughout the supply chain allows for linear and non-linear content out to consumersIdentifying gaps and providing workarounds where possible for the business to maintain consistency in outputWorking with quality assurance team to ensure workflows are captured and properly document for quality testing of product.

What will you bringPrevious experience with InetSat Playout Systems Migration or similar applicationsPlaylist Interface TestingSales Interface TestingDeveloping Scripts for workflowsAssisting in Data Migration for BMS WorkflowsWork with wider team to understand and develop solutions for business needs ad-hocMust be able to perform abilities with moderate to low supervisionExperience in the Media industry, Broadcast/media servicingExperience or solid appreciation of how to successfully work as an Engineer in a fast-moving Broadcast environment where specifications and requirements can change at short notice.Minimum 3 year's experience in development / engineering roleUnderstanding of SQL Programming and other DatabasesSolid understanding of XML/XSL/JSON and other data formats
